Shipping Charges:

Domestic Shipping:

Orders over $75 are eligible for FREE domestic shipping.

Orders to PO Boxes are shipped via USPS because UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.

International Shipping:

International shipping charges are subject to the actual charge as determined by UPS/USPS and are verified and provided at the time of checkout. For more information on international shipping, please see the International Orders section of this document.


How do I pay for my order?

We accept the following forms of payment for purchases from our website:

Credit Cards/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Prepaid Gift Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

PayPal

* Please note – if you are paying with PayPal, we will only ship to the confirmed address that has been established by PayPal as belonging to the PayPal account holder.


Shipping and Delivery Information:

Domestic Orders:

We can ship orders to street addresses and PO boxes within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please make sure that your order is correct before finalizing your order. We cannot be held responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. Transit time can take up to 5 – 7 business days from the time the order ships (depending on location and actual UPS/USPS shipping times).

Order Processing Times:

We typically ship Monday – Friday and most orders are shipped the same or next business day after the order is placed.

Tracking Your Order:

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information from the UPS Quantum View system (unless you entered a PO Box; UPS doesn’t ship to PO Boxes so in that case it would ship via USPS). Emails from the UPS Quantum View system may be filtered as spam or junk mail in some email accounts.

If you attempt to track a package within the first 48 hours and there is no information available, this typically means that the carrier has not yet scanned your package. When the package is scanned, you will be able to see the tracking information.

International Orders:

International orders unless otherwise stipulated, typically ship via UPS or United States Postal Service Priority International.

We will provide tracking information to any country that UPS or USPS provides us tracking to give you.

We reserve the right to refuse any international order over fraud concerns or for any other reasons.

Important Note: The purchaser is responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties that may apply and for any customs legalities in their respective countries. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties for you. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and adhere to those. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure that the Customs Department permits the shipment of any items ordered to your country and what the duties and tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if you refuse the package or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

The UPS or USPS driver, at his discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door. We cannot take any responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has a confirmed delivery scan.

If you wish to require a signature for delivery, please specify so at the time the order is placed. If you specify that you would like to require a signature for delivery, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping fees if no one is available and the package is returned to us. If we receive the package back, we will be glad to reship it to you but will have to charge a shipping fee to do so (because UPS/USPS charges us again to ship it a second time).

Incorrect Shipping Information:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redeliver cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct shipping address. To prevent delay or possibly an extra fee, please provide us with your correct address. If there is an address change while your package is in route, we cannot take responsibility if the package is lost or UPS/USPS charges an extra fee. IF you do use an incorrect address, and the package is returned to us, we will be glad to reship to your order to you but will have to charge a shipping fee to do so (because UPS/USPS charges us again to ship it a second time).

We cannot reship your order until we have received the returned package.


Exchanges and Returns:

Unopened Product – we will be glad to issue a refund or exchange for unopened product that is returned to us within 30 days of your purchase (less shipping and handling). The product must have been purchased directly from Competitive Edge Labs.

Opened Product – if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to exchange the unused portion for another Competitive Edge Labs product of equal or less value if the product is returned to us within 30 days of your purchase (less shipping and handling). You MUST provide your receipt/order confirmation. There must be at least 75% of the unused product in the container.

The product must have been purchased directly from Competitive Edge Labs.

To obtain the refund or exchange described above, we must physically receive the return within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The return MUST include the unused product, all original packaging and the invoice which was included in the original shipment. You MUST include a note containing your name, address, reason for return, email address, and phone number. You must call or email us for a return authorization (RA) number prior to sending the product back and this RA number must be clearly listed on the outside of the package AND on the invoice included in the package.

We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns. We cannot be held responsible for items that are not received at our warehouse. If we receive the return after the thirty (30) day period or in violation of the requirements stated above, then we will not be able to return your money and will be unable to returned unused product to you.

Note: Our return and exchange policy for opened containers requires that the product is consumed as directed. It is not intended to honor the return of product that was removed or consumed in excessive quantities during the thirty (30) day period. If an excess supply of the product was removed from the container and/or consumed during the guarantee period, the guarantee and return will be voided. The unused portion of the product will not be returned to you for health and safety reasons.
